I think we might finally agree on something.

I think the fed is boxed.
They need to raise rate but can not.
Nor can they lower them because they need ammo to fight the double dip.

They are dammned if the do and dammned if they dont so inaction is easiest course.

What they have been doing is trying to talk the US$ uo as well as taking periodic PPT actions.
