Brokerages don't "issue" ratings. What does that mean? Did they change it? If so, from a higher, or lower recommendation? In other words, was it an upgrade or downgrade? Or did they initiate coverage? Unless you answer these questons, your information is useless to the group. Or worse, misleading. Watch out. Jon Tara will report you to the NASD. Hahahaha!
