S., It just amazes me how the big boys can use "inside" info. As you suggested, the increase in short interest was not a coincidence. But, who knows, the stock may go up tomorrow. Good news seems to drive the stock down, maybe this might cause the shorts to cover. (Short the rumor, cover on the news). It appears there was a legitamate reason for resigning (moving on to another startup). IMO this is not as bad as just resigning or being forced out.
