From Briefing:13:53 ET Network Appliance (NTAP) 25.68 +2.53 ( -9%): Prudential raises price target to $33 from $22 after recent remarks by management indicated that IT budgets are firming and more companies are thinking about investing storage solutions in the July qtr. If this holds, will confirm Prudential's thesis that data storage will be one of the first areas to recover from the demand slowdown. Manny T.
