As an example of Dean's non-Washington approach being different, it's impossible to imagine someone with any common sense like Dean making the decisions Bush has made. As just one example, on 911...

- Sitting stupidly for 20 minutes in a classroom after hearing "America is under attack, sir"

- Flying elsewhere instead of back to Washington

- Not demanding an immediate and full investigation, with all agencies reporting immediately, leaving nothing out, making nearly all findings public, including all plane, tower, NORAD conversations, and everything known about prior relations with all related terrorists. Stonewalling and bureaucratic burial of information under a new Homeland Security behemoth.

- Making a 2000 PNAC document for worldwide warfare to be US policy, disregarding the indesputable fact that this puts all American civilians in harm's way.
