there has to be a large number of shares out there. with all the volume in this stock if there were not that many shares outstanding the price would be jumping. As far as a listing on a bigger board--I really doubt it. For a nasdq listing the price would have to stay above $4.00 for a while. That might take a little while. This seems like most of the other pennies. You start off with a decent # of shares and a not so decent company. Then the company "buys--acquires" other companies for a bunch of their shares diluting the value of the company. Then comes all the news releases about all the great things that are going on and how the company is really worth a lot of money. And while everyone is in a hurry to buy shares of the great new company people are selling their newly acquired shares into all the buying. I've seen this so many times. The one company that this one kind of reminds me of is GIFS. I'm not trying to drive the price down -or scare people -or anything like that ---I'm just trying to offer another viewpoint to make people stop and think about what they are doing. Someone said they have a copy of audited financial statements---who was the auditor??? Is it just some individual somewhere or is it a decent company that can be trusted. Why not post a copy here so we can see it?

well I've bored you all enough now-----ps-----i am not short this stock(for that one person who's answer to everyone who posts semi-negative statements is that person must be short the stock)
