Let me start by saying that I like very much the very respectful
way in which you address people that disagree with your views. Unlike other groups at SI, I guess most people in the IPIC group are very civilized.

I see little upside risk on IPIC (i.e., the probability of a 20% price increase or more on IPIC within the next year is low). Therefore, the stock is a long term short for me. Strategically, I plan to short all the way down to zero but may be willing to cover at $5 or below. In any event I will let everyone know any move I make on the position as soon as it happens.
