To all,
Just spoke with Sandy O at S3. She stated that George was leaving
to pursue a oppotunity with another start up that has $100 million
in sales and in the future will go public. Sounds like George will
make a ton of money. She said that the company is financially sound
and that the guy coming over has 15 years experience and worked at
Adaptec. She also said that Q1 is on target with what was stated
at last conference call, around $140 million and .30 - .31 /share.

I also asked about the insider selling.Sandy stated that although
there seemed to be alot of request to sell by insiders filling to
sell shares does not nessasary mean that they sold all or any of the
stock. They have only 4 times a year they can file. Regardless I
still think George's resignation had something to do with insiders
selling, increased shorts and the down trend in the stock of late.
I was hoping that 17 was as low as we go but now we could dip
into the low 16's and have a short spike back around earnings.

Sonic Vibes is for both Motherboard and add on boards acording to
Sandy. First design wins on Sonic Vibes will be in Q2.The new
portable product that George stated as "revelutionary" is now
sampling. Sandy also said that there are more design win announcements
coming this month. Finnally Sandy stated that the company goal
is to be 1 billion by 2000.FWIW.
