Robert, I have been watching the street for sometime, I have never seen micro deal scrutiny like this, on a rumor. How many ports does US West have installed? How many will they install? Most of the traditional RBOCs are outsourcing their dial plants to the big boys like UUNT and BBN. Believe me building and managing a large dial plant is a huge undertaking, that is why you must have a robust Radius server, with every single featur built into it.
