I'm sorry that you have been frustrated by your attempts to reach Novell's executive management. I'm not sure that I can help you here, although I can ask questions. I'm not sure what to say except that I don't know what I should expect from the president of a company when it comes to e-mail requests.

Does anyone have any base-line response times for responses from corporate management at other companies. If I have stock in HP, what should I expect as a response time from Lou Platt? I'm asking this seriously, because I want to fully understand, as an employee and shareholder, if the Novell response is so out of the norm.

Does someone have some real numbers to provide here?
