That is a problem. Specifically, if we don't settle the president thing soon the confidence in America Inc. will decrease and moneys could move elsewhere. Happily however I think the US is robust enough to handle this rather minor issue of who won. Personally I'm disturbed to find out how archaic our voting process was and I think all of us want to make sure it gets updated. The current design -- not counting votes, making voting ambiguous, making votes that can't be clearly detected, punching cards and so forth, is a mess.
