You sue when there are deep pockets and gross mismanagement...There is nothing to gain here...either it works or it doesn't. Relax, when you but a 2$ stock that goes to 17 on hype and you buy the hype and guess wrong, you regroup and presse on...Think of this, JA holds 6 million shares...he could have dumped much more at higher prices....Maybe he believes!
