re: I just don't see that, WDC going to $15.

While I agree completely with most of your analysis (good management, products, NO debt, etc), I would not be surprised to see WDC hit $15 temporarily sometime in the next month. The market runs on greed and panic, not research.

Personally there is no way in $%&& that I would be selling or shorting at this price, but I am watching closely for a buying dip. Also wish I had held on to my $50+ shorts from a few months ago. WDC will have a rocky road for a quarter or two IF the asian price competition continues, but the shorts will short circuit if it dries up. WDC can reramp production nearly as fast as they took it down. Also, was at the computer stores this week. WDC drives are selling well here (Maxtor too). Walk into your local computer store on Saturday or Sunday if you think WDC is a bad investment at these levels! There were 30 people in line and all checkouts were open at the local Computer City last Saturday (and another 60-70 people shopping).

Buy low/sell high can be stressful if you do it right, because you are going against the flow.
