More news: CD Radio fired their auditors PricewaterhouseCoopers on April 6 and replaced them with Arthur Andersen. They reported this event in an 8-k dated 4/9/99. Apparently the old auditors were rude enough to notice that CDRD needed to raise more money and issued a "going concern" qualification on the annual report. The 8-k can be found at:

CDRD stock was up 1 3/4 today on the news. ;-)
