It really depends on if there's any merit to the more recent quotes that the foundation didn't want the C&D info made public because the company was fixing the error.

If that's the case, I'd see it closing about 83 cents. It was already on the way down.

But I don't think it's that easy. The Cease And Desist isn't something issued lightly because the company has missed a payment they can make tomorrow. The foundation wants them to quit touting the money as being theirs.

My WAG is 51 cents close.
