V1,

I've been wondering about your take on NBIX. That is one of a small number of cases where I went a different route. I had to lighten my position, but I still hold about 15K shares and I'm inclined to keep them.

The other area where I differ is that when I decide to buy an issue, I set very liberal limits. I too believe in holding for the long run and if you really expect something to go up significantly, your exact acquisition cost doesn't matter. When you set your limit for Incyte, I set mine 1 point higher. And I walked away with exactly what I wanted in a few minutes. I don't want to commit hubris and tempt the furies, but I think that with *some* fast moving issues, that is the better policy. Again, I have a great deal of respect for this portfolio so this isn't really meant as criticism. Just a different buying style.

Incidentally, I still like GLIA too and although I have lightened up in order to diversify a bit more, I still hold 25K shares.

Thanks, Torben
