Some interesting headlines on ZH yesterday that had me pondering the effects on POG.
Jackson Hole: 'Tremendous' Downside Risks If Yellen Doesn't Go Full-Dovish

Now if the felon Yellen goes all dovish tomorrow how would that affect POG? Wouldn't it be bullish?

And then I couldn't hardly believe this headline when I read it. Or is it all just a part of the master garnd plan by those elite few that are really running the world system?

"The Financial System Is Vulnerable," NYFed Asks "Could The Dollar Lose Its Reserve Status?"

And then there was this. I think many have felt this was coming as they have most, if not all, of the West's gold by now. And as the saying goes "He who has the gold makes the rules". This is supposed to be happening sometime in September. One of the strongest months of the year for gold historically.

China Push For Gold Pricing Power Continues, Grant 3 New Import Licences

And so with Yellen speaking early tomorrow, the banks still being massively naked short paper gold and even more so silver their Achilles heel I guess I shouldn't have been surprised to see the overnight drive by shooting. If gold is going to launch I guess it is best to have it launch from as low a level as possible. What I don't understand is how they are able to drive price down if you need a buyer for every seller and the strong hands aren't selling. This seems to be the case in silver because as hard as they have tried they are not getting the shock and awe downside moves in silver like they have in the past and are not, at least on the surface of it, managing to shake any of the long leaves as witnessed by stubbornly high OI.
