It's not like he was walked out the door yesterday, he's staying in place through the end of the quarter to insure a smooth transition. He's the one presenting today at DLJ. Further, according to Sandy at S3, he's big into startups and S3 is beyond that stage. I've worked with companies in Silicon Valley and people come and go all the time. Obviously it was a weak opening today but last I checked SIII was back at 16 3/4 x 16 7/8. In a few weeks this will be "old" news. Dave
