Fiduciary Responsibilities! When does anyone think the management of Viacom and the New York Times will become concerned about their fiduciary responsibilities to their shareholders. The management of these companies is allowing individual political agendas to damage their brand name. To me this is a clear violation of the responsibilities of the Board of Directors of these two companies!
