I was not aware that they have already applied for the casino license; I thought that they needed to select the new JV (casino partner) operator first, and then they would apply jointly for the license, as the backgrounds of all the people involved with the venture would have to be checked out re: ties to organized crime. But I could be mistaken. Holding a casino license will certainly strengthen SGI's hand in bargaining a good deal with the new operator. Mayer
