Exigent filed their Definitive Proxy Statement 14A yesterday. Check it out at: freeedgar.com The meeting is June 30th, Earnings will be out June 15th, and they seem to be smoothing the rough edges of their Preferred share super voting rights VS Common share voting rights, to a more traditional system. They were using voting rights as an anti-takeover device. Now they are going to use more traditional methods. Is this the last hurdle for Nasdaq approval? Dave
