I think MRBIGAIR was referring to the new NASDAQ rule... Which will become effective soon requiring companies that are listed on the OTC BB: to be fully reporting to the SEC...In other words NorAm will continue to be listed as a OTC BB stock... But you are right the NASDAQ or AMEX is the next stop for NorAm..
