It's a multi-sheet workbook, and one of the sheet tabs is labeled "help info." It's far from a crystal clear explanation since I didn't intend it for public consumption, so if you have specific questions about it, ask away. This just describes how to use the file, not how it's computed, but the VBA code is there (not very well commented--shame on me). "One of these days" I'll elaborate on the details. dh
