Gary,
Mr. Howard's selling amounts to about 1% of his holdings and he is'nt
paid a salary. I think he's entitled to sell some shares and maybe
buy a new house, a yaucht or tour the world. Mr. Sparks sold about 3%
and Mr. DePamphilis 13%. Mr. DePamphilis is not a large holder of
stock. It is notable that Lawrence Howard sold none of his shares and
he is the largest shareholder. Also notable is the timing of the sales
just prior to tax time - I also had to sell some to pay my partner,
Uncle Sam or Uncle Bill!
