"Why in the world would somebody who believes peak oil is imminent buy a pink sheet stock?" To (maybe) profit before the market collapses. I only have several grand to work with, and I know I'm not going to get 50% return investing in XOM or BP. I know SPRL is still a gamble but after yesterday's deal, its prospects look a lot better in my opinion. Jesse
