Sure enough. The stock opens at, say, $5.50. Corel places an order to buy 100K shares at $5.30, which does not bid the stock up. Every time the price goes down, the order gets partially filled in a down tick, as required by SEC, until somebody outbids Corel. Result? Flat bottoms for weeks, which is about as long as it should take to buy
660K shares at bottom prices...
