John, I realize that ADOT reads this thread. I am not looking for anything clandestined ... I will always choose an above reproach way of dealing with any situation. I really do believe that, between those I know and those here on this thread, there is 5% of the company represented. I am looking at the total group. There is no magic that I see in 5% either. Since this was a point Les mentioned to Richard, I was looking to 'cover his bluff' so to speak. I would hope that this info is getting back to him. He has done some damage that is repairable and must be dealt with. I want to give him an opportunity for this. Lastly, I do question if he follows the thread, as he certainly would have known that Richard did represent the Thread on his visit if he did follow the thread. Certainly, the ramifications of his comments would have been felt before delivered if he knew the magnitude of the crowd represented by Richard's visits. I appreciate your comments, and I assure you that I have no grandious hopes here ... your post does bring this perfectly to light, however, and I thank you for it. Getcher
