Any dark black horse should still gallop in the market place, it does not care Republican or Democratic agenda. This week the winner is SKG. The losers are GTR and VLV. WSP neutral. Go figure , folks. I heard SKG E-mall in place and starting to run On JUly 1, 1999, Canada Day. The first e-mall in Canada should drive SKG to .33 by Friday. IMHO!!!!!! John Paquet
