tig, re your error message, "Netscape Smart Download cannot run"... go to this site home.netscape.com and download smartdownload (that's a mouthful) in case you don't have it or it's a corrupted version. a list of smartdownload faq's can be found here home.netscape.com hopefully that will get you on the right track for downloading adobe. i'm thinking maybe smartdownload isn't your default download manager. you should be presented with that option again when you install it. let us know. :) mark
