SI old/new problem ... The email address for SI tech support is si-techsupport@go2net.com If you want to send them a screenshot (for Windows users), hit Print Screen on your keyboard. This copies the screen to the clipboard. Now run a drawing program (e.g. the Paint program that comes with Windows) and paste. Save the file in whatever format you want, GIF is probably best. ... jeff
