If verified authentic it will be one more major reason to put Bush back in and put kerry to pasture. Should anything close to what is said actually would happen kerry would be no where to be found. Soon after there may be no place left for muslims to hide. There will be little time spent on sorting out the 'good' muslims- let allah sort them.
