Paul, Over 50% of all felony convictions in the US involve African American males between the ages of 15- 25, which represent 1% of the US' population base, I think or at least that's what my friends in the FBI told me.

So it's a plausible estimate that more of these felony conviction voters likely favored Mssr. Gore since African Americans are the most important element of the Democratic Party coalition and vote overwhelmingly Democratic....

As I jokingly noted previously, but with more than a dollop of truth, ax murderers and child molesters can vote, but not our military soldiers serving say, in Bosnia...
