And to kind of put it down in numbers -- if 70% of NASDAQ is made up of tech stocks and they are down by 25%, and the remaining 30% non-tech component of NASDAQ did as well as the overall market, i.e. up by 25%, the overall effect will be a 10% decline in the index.
