Say, that's what we call attempted manipulation. Try to make the stock look like it is going to pop because you can do it cheaply with thin volume in the premarket. ICLD was up 1.80 in the premarket and look at it now., down 11% .....

If it wasn't an attempt at manipulation it was one of Syke's moronic followers who were obviously piling into PLUG premarket as well on his rec.
