I have a big smile on my face.... I keep on thinking of that NCR 10-B as in 10 BILLION Dollar mistake that AT&T and Mr Allen made not that long ago. Would it be cheaper for AT&T to use cable, lay new lines, or use the existing RBOCs for local access. Just think of the number of upgrades AT&T could have made to the Cable infrastructure with 10 Billion dollars.
