Jim, Thanks for your comments. CIR stands for Communications Industry Researchers. I got the link from Jim W. It is a very good report on the building of the internet's infrastructure. I was concerned about their opinion that adsl would be replaced in 3-5 years. That part doesn't add up with what adsl investors believe. More like 40 years.
