The signing of the official contract is just a formality. With signed memos and letter of intent in place this is a done deal. Normal business procedure! There can be no competing bids. Shareholders cannot sell a better title than what they have got, and they have signed away 51% of the properties and thats it and that's "controlling interest."

About the only "revenge" any disinchanted shareholders have left, is to vote Clive out into the Canadian winter!
