Hi DON, 20 million quickly and another 20 million over 3-5 years. 40 million in savings and 42 million shares outstanding - that's 95 cents in saving over 5 years. The pro-forma revenue was initially indicated to be 840 million - with 48 % reoccurring. My guess is Cohu makes (Non Gaap) 3.50 in 2019 with the possibility of upside surprises. Gonna be a $45.00 stock NOT TOO FAR DOWN THE ROAD. Buy the dip while it is in the 20's Giddyup !! Bob
