Have you received comments from the SEC yet?? Thanks for keeping the shareholders informed. DRGI received 54 comments on February 9 from the Securities and Exchange Commission to its Form 10SB filing that was submitted on December 28, 1999. The Company's attorneys and accountants are in the process of preparing responses to these comments. Because the next response requires inclusion of the 1999 audit, which the field work has been completed and financial statements are being drafted, the response may not be refiled for another 30 days. Also, the Company is a corporation in good standing with the State of Utah (State of Utah division file number: CO110915).
