To all: I have been doing a little research on semi companies in order to buy some stock. 70% of the companies have PE's higher than 22. 20% have Not material for a PE because they lost money in 96. Some companies like ESST, level 1 talk about new state of the art technologies for DVD and they have PE of 40 & 50. Even the commodity chip makers like CY,MU and TXN have higher prices and PE's. I am not sure why S3 has such a low PE but I would love 22. Grogg
