Don't waste your e-mail breath, Jas. Patrick, the TOS officer, is apparently much too busy to respond to the e-mails of a lowly customer, as I found out myself. Pluvia can come over here at talk about people removing their heads from their sphincters, and that's apparently okay, but we certainly can't have folks defending Wave at Anthony's site. No, that would be wrong. And for Patrick to give guidance to folks as to what is or what isn't a TOS violation when politely asked to do so, well, that would be just too troublesome.
Kinda makes you wish you hadn't spent your $200 for a lifetime membership if the TOS is being adjudicated by somebody whose sense of fairness is, to put it kindly, seemingly impaired. |
