E!, PMFJI, but I have "participated" in a couple of these suits.. and have come to the conclusion that they should be banned!.. OR, if not banned, the initiating lawyers should be required to stand in front of a steel wall, in a large stadium peopled by investors/employees/Officers/Directors of the company, all equipped with their choice of Uzi's, flamethrowers, hand grenades, bazookas, napalm, or anthrax canisters.
Let's face it, these legal sharks are compensated (highly)for striding out upon the battlefield after a disaster has decimated the troops, and bayonetting the wounded. Those who participate, to give validity to the sharks' charter, are permitted to take home token locks of hair, stripped from scalps torn from the heads of the bayonetted wounded. But perhaps I understate the case... reality is probably a bit worse. Duane
