The CompUSA store in CulverCity was converted over a month ago. It looked pretty good when I went there last month. There was an Apple specialist (CompUSA employee) as well as a visiting Apple rep. The store had all the machines setup...etc.

Last weekend I drop by the store and it looked like crap. No salesperson to be found. All portables were removed for some reason (no PowerBooks, eMates...nothing! I saw over 12 6500s sitting there. A woman had some questions but couldn't find a salesman around. I was pretty darn pissed by what I saw. I tried calling the store manager later but was transfered to a pager number...then I got a message saying that the voice mail/pager number is not available...click

I'll probably drop by the store again today to see how things look. If it looks anything like what I saw last week..I'm going to give them hell.

Eric
