duh, and look where they've come from??? you've got to look on a historical basis. you're looking at 52 week lows from the NASDAQ's mania peak of 52 weeks ago (march 2000.. ring a bell? -g-)

stock prices measured by the indexes are back to where they were int he final months of 1998 yet the rrydex ratio is only back to where it was in mid 1999.... think about it....
