I am reviewing the rydex numbers here and I do not see a bearish picture. Yes, one can see a pretty steady decline in OTC and Nova recently, with a corresponding build in Arktos and Ursa, but, with the possible exception of the absolute level of OTC, to call them bearish vis a vis historic levels is incorrect.
