louis, anybody who bought svrn today loses no matter at what price because it dropped all the way to the end. however, i think it's 1)the general market conditions 2)profit-taking 3)possibly big boys increased selling in order to shake out the weaklings. If 3) happens to be the main reason for the drop, hold on and average down, and wait for the internet offering. This by itself is the 3rd largest bank in that state and if you are in already, it won't be wrong to hold it at this level even without the internet resource. All that being said, what it matters now is that it is a trading stock. just look at the damn volume. Market permitting, shorts will cover like what happens to those big cap internuts and the stock could skyrocket on any rumor or news. Again, be nimble and trade it as now it's the motto of the day.

Regards

BTW, all online brokerages are down hard today. SVRN paled in comparison to NTBK.
