Can MSFT Browser Bundling Lawsuit Effect WAVO?

Wavefront is a seperate client application similar to Pointcast. So if MSFT were forced to leave out their Browser from Windows it would have no effect. However if MSFT were compelled to remove the Browser funcions from Windows'98 for summer release, the effect would only be that Wavefront would have to adapt their Desktop to Windows'95, something they've already done, as Windows'98 would be seriously delayed. It is extreemly unlikely the courts would compell MSFT to remove Explorer from Windows'98 as they will be seemlessly joined, as you won't see a seperate Explorer for Windows'98 sold anywhere. Actually if MSFT had always given away Explorer instead of selling it seperately in stores, they would have never gotten into this mess in the first place, so it stands to reason that the courts will have little choice then to stand aside while MSFT dominates the desktop.
