Some have declined, but Chicago, Denver, Vegas, and Miami are surprisingly flat. I'll take that bet, I think.

I'm curious if they're working out for anyone. Also, if anybody's familiar with them, I'm wondering to what extent they've already discounted a major forthcoming decline in prices, or if they don't reflect that.

Also wondering who is on the two sides of the trade.
