One can believe,consider,regard,think or speculate. What you want I presume (opine) is proof that RIC is private. I will try to prove that.. Do you want to know also whether elephants are grey ? I opine that they are from having seen them at the circus but how do I prove that. Are you going to ban me now for insulting the gentlemen whose name escapes me. By the way. Prove that this student ISN'T a trouble maker. Research his backgrond and prove that he just is belligerent and likes to cause trouble. He surely knew where to take his case very fast. Prove that he didn't have alternatives...Doesn't this sound preposterous ? You are such a disbeliever that I am going to be up against the wall on these.
