Rick, The krieging method estimates resources that are nit fully drilled. By adjustment of the parameters you caan magnify or shrinh the deposit. So a very conservative estimate can be generated, as well as an optimistice one. It depends on the cutoff and the average variations you use in the kriegeing method. If the deposit is internally continuous and has edges, and does not occure beyond the edges, then krieging is not optimal for calculations as it will assume some holes in the deposit. Itis a substitute for insufficent drilling. Sort of like predicting a leopards spots from a few pin holes samples. It is OK for a spotted animal, but for a non spotted animal it makes spots(areas of no gold).

I am away from home, I will look it up when I get home.
